This is a short application process that requires the termination form to be filled and submitted at the admin office. before terminating an account the below listed have to be properly completed.
1. Proof of account Ownership
2. Termination Fee of #5,000
3. Acknowledge to wait for the period of seven ( 7 ) weeks before collecting your refund
