Having a default can be a bad experience you wouldn’t want to have and should make sure to avoid at all cost. to do this you have to make sure you always have the require funds to run the thrift in your account and make sure to fund your account within the week between MONDAY – FRIDAY it is not advisable to make any payment on SATURDAY
In a case of default on a Saturday during the thrift, you would be required to pay %100 per account that had a default. Meaning if you have 1 account and that account made a default instead of paying #1300 for that 1 account you have to make payment of #2,600 into the account to clear off the default meaning #1300 for the normal contribution and #1300for the penalty fee and make sure it doesn’t accumulate thereby causing problems for the customer
Step 1: Login to you account
Step 2: On your Dashboard scroll down till you find Total Debts (Defaults) to check how default fee you have to pay once you confirm the amount
Step 3: Fund your account with the same amount + an additional 1 week payment to avoid anymore defaults
Step 4: Go back to your account Dashboard and click on the three lines at the top Right corner
Step 5: Click on “My Profile” and then click on the “Go to My Profile”
Step 6: Click on “List of Account” at the Top of the page and all your account will display
Step 7: Scroll down till you find the account with the “clear all default(s)” button if its 1 account you clear it if its 10 you go back same way to “list of account” and keep clicking the button till you clear them all
